Application: Used for coagulation studies.

Contains a buffered 0.109 mol/L (3.8%) sodium citrate solution as an anticoagulant, with a 9:1 blood-to-reagent ratio.

Instructions: Immediately after sample collection, gently invert the tube at least 5 times to prevent microclot formation.

Sample: Citrated plasma

Centrifugation Conditions: 1800-2000g for 10 minutes
